The day to day in this role includes meeting with prospective clients within your assigned territory through pre scheduled appointments, discussing our products and services and putting together sales estimates. Job Duties:

Meeting with residential and commercial clients in person, at their home or place of business to estimate cost of jobs and projects.

Manage the sales flow for all in bound leads and closing on sales opportunities, following up when necessary.

Coordinating daily with customer and crew.

Provide excellent customer service, communication, organization and leadership skills.

Initiate lead generation programs.

Attend networking events.

Perform field visits to ensure high quality work and customer satisfactions.

Complete necessary administrative paper work and duties.

Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Attend Daily & weekly review meetings with Owners as scheduled.

Will need to work independently, as well as with a team.

The ideal candidates for this position is someone who has an eye for detail as well as strong work ethic that always shows forward momentum.

2+ years of Sales experience, preferably in Painting services or in a home improvement business.

Energetic, self starter with a strong background in customer engagement.

Must have a strong communication skills in English and Bi-lingual is a plus.

Modern Computer and smartphone skills required.

Must be able to spend considerable time on their feet and driving.

Knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment's  and supplies used in the residential/commercial paint industry.

Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record and be insurable.

Ability to climb ladder.

Must be willing to take drug test and background verification.

Physical Demands requires frequently: Standing, lifting, carrying 50+ lbs., walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, reaching above and below shoulder level; full use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso. Also includes working in cramped spaces, on ladders and with power tools and perform manual labor in outside environment, exposed to heat, sun, high humidity, rain and other adverse weather conditions.
