    JOB SUMMARY:

    Identifies and satisfies customer expectations of high quality service and professionalism while ensuring all customer transactions and inquiries within the team leader's area of responsibility are completed in an accurate, efficient, courteous and timely manner.

    Provides assistance to new and established CBTx loan customers including. Assists lending staff in preparing documents associated with consumer and commercial loans. Works with lending staff, title companies and attorneys in assisting with loan closings.

    Assists in the development of new business relationships and maintaining existing relationships, answers questions from customers and team members relating to all loan services provided by CBTx, recognizes selling and referral opportunities, meets assigned objectives and goals for loan production, and makes referrals to appropriate CBTx specialists. May service a consumer/commercial loan portfolio.


    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assist commercial lending staff and mortgage lending staff in preparing loan documents for closings, extensions, modifications, construction advances or other necessary items. Communicate with borrowers, bank personnel, credit bureau, and attorneys to process loan applications and to resolve any problems.

    May prepare consumer loans within designated lending authority of loan officer.

    Meets with and assists existing and potential customers with a complete range of CBTx services. Explains available CBTx products and services, gathers and verifies customer information, prepares loan and/or deposit documents and other necessary paperwork.

    Provides efficient and courteous customer service, cross-marketing products and services to generate new business for CBTx. Actively refers loan customers to appropriate CBTx specialists.

    Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties for loan officers and customers on a daily basis.

    Monitor and assist to ensure that all required disclosures and forms are completed in timely manner.


    Perform pre and post-closing audit of all real estate loan files.  Follow up with loan assistant for any missing documentation.

    Remain current with federal or state regulations and CBTx policies and procedures.

    Ensure that all advance/draws requests are completed as per company policy.  Process advance/draw transactions as needed.

    Must be bondable as a Notary.

    Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

               MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:          Four or more years of job related experience.   

                                                                            Minimum of 3 years CBTx Customer Service experience.

    COMPLIANCE:           Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures and regulatory compliance laws.   Completes all compliance training as scheduled. Follows bank policies and procedures consistent with regulatory compliance in all situations and activities performed. Properly document any exception to the Bank policy and procedures, including any exception to regulatory compliance requirements.
