    Job Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for our video production services. Your main goal is to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
    2. Outreach: Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication methods to introduce the company's products or services.
    3. Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with the target customer profile.
    4. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and provide relevant information to support the sales process.
    5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating how our products or services can address those needs.
    6. Data Management: Keep accurate records of lead interactions and ensure the CRM system is updated with relevant information.
    7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification activities, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:


    1. Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    5. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.

    *Candidate must be able to attend networking events in person in the McKinney TX/DFW area


    This is a 100% commission position, however, we offer a residual plan in which the rep will be paid a commission every time a client drafts as long as the rep is with our company. This helps us avoid "pushy" sales tactics and gives our salespeople the opportunity for long-term financial gain and a passive/residual income.
