- 5:30 - 6:00 p.m.: Registration & Networking
- 6:00 - 6:30 p.m.: First two alumni speakers
- 6:30 - 6:45 p.m.: Break & Networking
- 6:45 - 7:15 p.m.: Second two alumni speakers
- 7:15 - 7:30 p.m.: Closing remarks
Each alum will share their leadership journey, lessons learned, and where they are today. This is a perfect opportunity to reconnect and gain valuable insights.
Meet the Speakers:
- Terrie Rattan: Vice President of Marketing at The Body Shop Collision Repair, Terrie has a remarkable 40-year career in business and management. A 1996 Leadership McKinney graduate, she’s deeply involved in the community while balancing faith, family, and leadership roles.
- Trevor Minyard: Director of Strategic Services in the McKinney City Manager’s Office, Trevor has been with the city since 2013. With multiple degrees and certifications, he’s a graduate of Leadership ICMA’s 2019 class and active in several government finance and management associations.
- Harvey Oaxaca: A 2013 Leadership McKinney graduate, Harvey enjoyed a 40-year career in education, including leadership roles within McKinney ISD. He remains a dedicated community volunteer and currently serves on the McKinney ISD Board of Trustees.
- Madison Clark: Director of Business Retention & Workforce Development at the McKinney Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), Madison has been with the MEDC since 2015. With over ten years of experience in economic development, her work has contributed to over 2,000 new jobs and nearly $980 million in capital investment in McKinney. Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and has completed extensive professional training in economic development. She resides in McKinney with her family and is actively involved in her local church and community, earning her the nickname "Leslie Knope" of McKinney.
