He helps individuals, couples, business leaders, and teams navigate communication challenges, resolve conflict, and create meaningful change. Based in McKinney, we provide virtual services throughout Texas and accept insurance for therapy clients. Who We Serve Our practice specializes in supporting three primary groups: High-Achieving Individuals Success doesn't always prevent burnout, stress, overwhelm, or internal conflict. We help driven professionals gain clarity, establish healthier boundaries, and create a greater sense of balance and fulfillment. Couples Many couples find themselves stuck in unhealthy communication patterns that lead to recurring conflict, frustration, and disconnection. Kiana and Andrew work with couples as a team to help them improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationship. Business Leaders Leadership often comes with difficult conversations, workplace conflict, and team communication challenges. We help business leaders improve communication, strengthen trust, and create greater team alignment. Why We Do This Work Over the years, we've found that most personal and professional challenges can be traced back to three common issues: When communication suffers, relationships suffer. Whether it's a marriage, a family relationship, a workplace team, or the relationship you have with yourself, the ability to communicate effectively often determines the quality of the outcomes we experience. That's why we're passionate about helping people develop practical skills that improve how they communicate, connect, and navigate challenges. How We Help At the center of our work is our proprietary Take The Step (T-STEP) Method. The T-STEP Method is a practical framework designed to help people improve communication, resolve conflicts, and gain clarity through five simple steps: TRUTH – Seek the Truth SAY – Say the Hard Thing TRANSFORM – Transform the Pattern EMBODY – Embody the Change PROTECT – Protect the Progress The framework helps clients move from reactive patterns toward intentional action and lasting growth. Whether we're working with an individual, a couple, or a business leader, the goal remains the same: helping people build stronger relationships, increase trust, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. To help people better understand their communication patterns and growth opportunities, we've also developed the T-STEP Assessment, a free tool that provides personalized insight into communication habits, conflict patterns, and areas for development. Want to learn more about your communication habits? Take the free T-STEP Assessment. Looking Ahead In the weeks ahead, we'll be sharing practical articles focused on communication, conflict resolution, relationships, leadership, and personal growth. Our hope is that each article provides insights you can apply immediately—whether at home, in your relationships, or in your business. Because stronger communication creates stronger relationships, and stronger relationships create stronger communities. We look forward to connecting with you and being part of your journey.
