Cascadia is a locally owned wood-fired pizza food truck serving North Texas communities through festivals, corporate events, weddings, and neighborhood food truck nights. Our pizzas are made with 72-hour naturally fermented dough and cooked fresh in authentic wood-fired ovens, creating a unique and memorable dining experience.
