Keith Clifton, president of Tenant Tracker is an electrical engineer and also served as an officer and pilot in the U.S. Air Force. During his tour of duty he became involved in residential real estate development and was exposed to the potential hazards of renting property without a thorough background check. Through his experience, he established Tenant Tracker as a means to identify problem tenants for his clients. Today, Tenant Tracker, Inc. has members nationwide, ranging from independent owners of apartment buildings to large management companies.
