Good & Proper Wood Fired Bistro is rooted in tradition and designed to bring people together. Inspired by family heritage and culinary traditions, the bistro blends modern classics with familiar favorites, all prepared in a custom wood-fired hearth.  Located on the 5th floor of the AC Hotel McKinney.  Reservations recommended.
