e3 McKinney Motor Club solves common problems that face many car enthusiasts: lack of home storage for weekend or track cars, restrictive HOA laws, need for secure storage for classic or exotic cars, limited access, and availability of professional shop tools for project cars.

Car storage too often means a dark rental storage space without power more suited to old dining room furniture or Christmas decorations, or one of the ‘storage clubs’ that have sprung up with restrictive hours of operation, cars packed together in unreserved spaces, no work areas, and you can’t get to your car without calling to have someone get your car for you…. during their hours!

e3 McKinney has solved all these problems.  You can Store, Restore, and so much more at McKinney Motor Club, where like minded motoring enthusiasts can come and enjoy!

Nestled in the heart of McKinney, Texas, at the historic McKinney Cotton Mill complex—a restored 1910 landmark once known as the world’s largest denim manufacturer—E3 McKinney Motor Club offers a premier destination for automotive enthusiasts. 

This iconic site, now the Cotton Mill Arts & Design District, blends rustic industrial charm with modern elegance, providing an inspiring backdrop for vehicle storage, restoration, and community gatherings. Just like our other E3 locations across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Texas, members enjoy secure storage options, including floor storage as well as optional elevated 4-post lifts for your prized vehicles, along with 24/7 access for ultimate convenience. 

As a member, you can dive into hands-on projects in our nicely outfitted DIY shop area featuring a car lift, specialty tools, and workbenches. Afterwards, unwind in the lounge with fellow like-minded auto enthusiasts, gather together to watch a race or even visit the on-site coffee shop and art galleries. 

Centrally located in the vibrant north Dallas area, E3 McKinney Motor Club lives in the former Tupps Brewery location. This unique spot combines the site’s National Register of Historic Places heritage—complete with authentic industrial design and unique architectural features—with all the amenities you’ve come to expect from E3, fostering a true sense of community where you can store, restore, and relax in style. Club memberships are available for non-storage users as well, ensuring everyone can join the excitement in this one-of-a-kind arts and design hub.
