📦 Warehouse Associate – Verlo Mattress

About the Role

Verlo Mattress is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support mattress production, inventory handling, and delivery preparation. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize mattresses, bases, and bedding

• Load/unload trucks and stage deliveries

• Assist delivery teams with product prep

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

• Support inventory counts and stock movement

• Follow safety and handling procedures

• Responsibilities

  • Deliver and set up mattresses and adjustable bases

  • Remove old bedding when required

  • Provide professional, in-home customer service

  • Maintain delivery vehicles and equipment

  • Represent Verlo with professionalism and care

• Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

  • Ability to lift heavy products

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Clean driving record preferred

Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred

• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs regularly

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Forklift experience a plus (not required)
