We’re looking for a motivated leader who loves creating an elevated guest experience, inspiring a growing team, and driving sales success. As Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge Prosper – Gates of Prosper and/or McKinney – 380 & Hardin, you’ll oversee our daily operations while coaching our team to deliver the Gold Standard of beauty and service.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re searching for a Salon Manager who is equal parts passionate leader and organized operator. Someone who thrives working with people, loves beauty and takes pride in delivering an incredible guest experience.

The Salon Manager owns:

This role partners closely with the Owner and supports stylists + front desk to ensure our operations, standards, and guest care remain best-in-class.


💜 WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Salon Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a top-tier experience for both our guests and our team. This includes:

  • Lead, coach, and develop stylists + front desk team for performance and engagement, motivate them to meet/exceed monthly KPIs
  • Deliver a consistent Gold Standard experience to every guest, ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for and confident
  • Drive membership growth, guest retention, and monthly revenue goals
  • Oversee schedules to maintain proper coverage across all open hours
  • Ensure the salon environment reflects our brand: clean, organized & beautiful
  • Manage retail inventory, backbar supplies, and vendor orders
  • Support marketing promotions & local community engagement
  • Maintain compliance with The Lash Lounge systems, operations, and brand standards
  • Handle guest issues and escalations with grace and professionalism to protect loyalty and satisfaction
  • Staff hiring, onboarding, growth development & performance feedback
  • Protect and maintain salon documentation, reporting accuracy, retail systems and appointment flow
  • Uphold safety & licensing compliance, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Lead and inspire the salon team with positive energy and support
  • Promote a caring, uplifting environment where everyone loves coming to work
  • Celebrate wins, recognize excellence & grow confidence

🌱 What You Bring

We succeed when our Salon Manager embodies:

  • 3+ Years managing a team (salon/spa/hotel/retail preferred)
    • Strong leadership presence with a coaching mindset
    • Excellent communication skills — clear, positive, motivating
    • Sales confidence with a service-first style
    • Skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving environment
    • Passion for beauty, lash services, and empowering women ❤
    • Comfortable with KPIs, daily metrics & performance accountability
    • Availability for weekends and periodic holidays
    • Confident with technology (MindBody experience a big plus!)
