We also pay commission on all SALES $$$$

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, wants to build their sales skills, and is eager to learn more about sleep, health, and wellness. No mattress knowledge required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

Job Responsibilities:

● Serves customers by helping them understand and select products.

● Drives sales through the engagement of customers and sharing product knowledge.

● Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

● Marketing

● Provides outstanding customer service.

● Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.

● Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.

● Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

● Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

● Present, promote, and sell products/services using a proven, easy-to-navigate sales system.

● Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis for customers to meet their needs

● Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships

● Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

● Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Skills

● Sales experience is needed!

● Basic computer skills

● Highly motivated and target-driven

● Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

● Ability to truly listen to customers and help them according to their wants and needs.

● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Schedule:

● Day shift

● No nights

● Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
