Role Summary:
We’re seeking a confident, motivated Retail Store Manager to lead operations at our  Dallas & McKinney locations. You’ll manage the sales team, drive revenue, ordering, factory building, deliveries, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and support local marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily store operations, including sales targets, inventory management, and customer satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates to hit performance goals
• Analyze store metrics and adjust strategies for growth
