MindLift Alliance is currently seeking two motivated LPC Associates in Texas to join our growing and supportive clinical team. Position Responsibilities:

• Provide in person, telehealth/video therapy to individuals, couples, families, or children as clinically appropriate

• Assist with or facilitate group therapy services when needed

• Maintain professional documentation and ethical standards of care

• Participate in supervision and professional development

Schedule Expectations:

• Minimum commitment of 10 clinical hours per week

• Availability for some evening and/or weekend hours preferred

• Flexible scheduling based on clinician availability and client needs

We Are Looking For Clinicians Who Have:

• Current Texas LPC Associate license in good standing

• Some prior clinical experience in a nonprofit clinic, agency, school, hospital, or private practice setting preferred

• Experience working with adults, children, adolescents, or families preferred

• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and compassion

• Motivation to learn, grow, and build a successful counseling career

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience providing counseling to both children and adults

• Background in teaching, education, training, or group facilitation

• Bilingual Mandarin and English strongly preferred

• Interest in trauma-informed care, family counseling, or multicultural counseling is a plus
