LPC Associates (Texas) – Join MindLift Alliance MindLift Alliance is currently seeking two motivated LPC Associates in Texas to join our growing and supportive clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about helping individuals and families while continuing to grow professionally under strong supervision and mentorship. In-house LPC Supervisor available for ongoing support, guidance, and professional development Opportunity to build experience in both private practice and community-based mental health settings Flexible scheduling options Supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture Opportunities to provide services across Texas through virtual counseling and group programs Discounted professional counseling continue education credit available Provide in person, telehealth/video therapy to individuals, couples, families, or children as clinically appropriate Assist with or facilitate group therapy services when needed Maintain professional documentation and ethical standards of care Participate in supervision and professional development Minimum commitment of 10 clinical hours per week Availability for some evening and/or weekend hours preferred Flexible scheduling based on clinician availability and client needs Current Texas LPC Associate license in good standing Some prior clinical experience in a nonprofit clinic, agency, school, hospital, or private practice setting preferred Experience working with adults, children, adolescents, or families preferred Strong communication skills, professionalism, and compassion Motivation to learn, grow, and build a successful counseling career Experience providing counseling to both children and adults Background in teaching, education, training, or group facilitation Bilingual Mandarin and English strongly preferred Interest in trauma-informed care, family counseling, or multicultural counseling is a plus We are seeking clinicians who are warm, ethical, dependable, and eager to develop their clinical skills in a supportive environment.
