Position Summary Pointe Academy is seeking a passionate, dependable, and experienced full-time Early Childhood Teacher to lead a classroom and support the growth and development of young learners. This role includes planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, maintaining licensing compliance, and fostering a positive, structured environment. Responsibilities -Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards - Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment - Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and compliance with Texas childcare licensing regulations - Establish and maintain daily routines (learning, play, meals, rest time) - Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development - Maintain accurate records (attendance, incident reports, developmental observations) - Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians - Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards are met - Work collaboratively with staff and administration Qualifications and Requirements - High school diploma required.
