The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon! If you thrive in a fast-paced, beauty focused environment and love making people feel special, this is the place for you! You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience- from the first phone call to checking out with a smile. Responsibilities include booking appointments, managing the schedule, handling guest check-ins/outs, and supporting our lash artists so they can do what they do best. We offer a positive team culture, performance based bonuses and plenty of room to grow! Hourly rate is based on experience, with opportunities to earn more through performance incentives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Increase membership sales and retail sales by reaching out to leads
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels
- Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
- Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Can work weekends and evenings
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and MindBody Software is a plus!
