Location: Rowlett, TX (In-Office Tuesday–Friday, Remote on Saturday)
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (in office)
Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (remote)
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (in office)

W3 Electric is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Care / Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is a vital part of our customer experience, blending customer service, project coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and excels in both communication and follow-through.

As the primary point of contact for incoming leads and service inquiries, you will manage calls, emails, texts, and other communications while supporting internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and project flow.

Key Responsibilities:


        Lead Management & Call Handling: Respond promptly to leads and customer calls from multiple sources. Maintain accurate call logs and follow                                                                       up on un-contacted leads daily.

        Task Management: Enter and manage customer data and service details in the task management system. Ensure all communications are closed                                           out and documented daily.

        Invoicing & Documentation: Process daily invoices accurately, maintain up-to-date records, and ensure documentation is filed properly.

        Customer & Team Communication: Provide clear, timely communication to customers and team members regarding scheduling, service                                                                                   expectations, and job status updates.

        Customer Follow-Ups: Reach out to membership clients to schedule safety inspections and tune-ups during slower periods.

        End-of-Day Requirements: Ensure all leads, service emails, and system tasks are addressed and documented before the end of each workday.
