Required & Preferred Qualifications (if applicable): This position is for a Technical Coordinator with the following job duties: o Review daily and weekly Transact and Workday reports for accuracy, to include payment plans as well as all Workday generated charges, payments, waivers, financial aid, etc. o Work with Assistant Director for Transact and Workday configuration and maintenance; provide technical support and assistance to campus associates. o Set up and maintain student installment plans, scheduled payments, late fees, and removal from plan if balance remains after final payment due. o Build and maintain all Transact e-market stores, communicate with other departments to determine needs for their requested store, provide technical support as needed; travel to campuses as needed to deliver Transact equipment or assist with questions for e-market stores, work with IT Department for any installment assistance needed. o Work with the Assistant Director to reconcile, process and make necessary corrections in Workday and vendor software for IRS 1098T tax forms. Communicate with 1098T vendor for any questions or concerns; submit final file to vendor; assist students with questions and corrections. Physical Demands, Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Requirements
Associate degree from an accredited institution and three (3) years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Customer service experience. Cash handling experience, including bank deposit and cash-draw reconciliation.
