MIC Inclusive Employment Fair

Employers will have the opportunity to connect with talented job seekers from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including neurodivergent individuals, people with disabilities, veterans, students, recent graduates, and others seeking meaningful employment. The event also provides opportunities to build community partnerships and explore practical strategies for creating accessible recruitment and hiring practices. The MIC Inclusive Employment fair is open to everyone, and all members of the community are welcome to attend.

Following the session, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a structured employment, resource, and community networking fair featuring:

• Employer Exhibitors sharing job opportunities and career pathways
• Resource Exhibitors offering workforce development, transportation resources, accommodations guidance, and other employment-related supports
• Community Networking opportunities for employers, job seekers, educators, workforce partners, and community organizations to build relationships and explore future collaborations

This event is designed to provide a welcoming, accessible environment where job seekers can explore opportunities with confidence, employers can connect with talented candidates, and community partners can strengthen relationships that support a thriving local workforce.
