MIC Inclusive Employment Fair

Join the McKinney Inclusion Council (MIC), a program of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce, for an evening focused on building a more inclusive workforce in our community.

The MIC Inclusive Employment Fair is designed to connect local employers with neurodivergent individuals and people with disabilities who are exploring meaningful employment opportunities, while also providing access to valuable community resources.

The event will begin with a brief, 30-minute educational session for employers, offering practical insights on inclusive hiring practices, workplace accommodations, and strategies for supporting diverse talent.

Following the session, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a structured employment and resource fair, featuring:

  • Employer Exhibitors sharing job opportunities and career pathways
  • Resource Exhibitors providing support services such as workforce development, accommodations guidance, transportation, and more

This event is designed to create a welcoming, structured environment where job seekers can comfortably explore opportunities and where businesses can learn and connect in a meaningful way.

  • Individuals seeking employment opportunities
  • Neurodivergent individuals and people with disabilities
  • Employers interested in inclusive hiring
  • Organizations providing employment and support services
