• 11:30 AM – Lunch & Online Auction Opens
• 12:00 PM – Golf Ball Drop
• 3:00–6:00 PM – Live Broadcast with The Ticket’s The Hardline
• 6:00 PM – Cocktail Reception & Online Auction

Get Involved!

• Sponsorships Available – Register for Platinum, Gold, or Silver sponsorships online. For all other sponsorship opportunities, please email mcourtright@mckinneychamber.com.
• Raffle Tickets, Mulligans, & Super Tickets – Available through registration or purchase separately online.
• Golf Ball Drop Tickets – Purchase a numbered ticket for your chance to win the grand prize. Balls will be dropped from the Airview A/C hot air balloon at noon!
• Titleist Grand Prize Raffle Tickets – Enter for a chance to win a premium Titleist prize package.
• Donate an Auction or Raffle Prize – Gain valuable exposure by contributing unique experiences or high-value items.
• Goody Bag Inserts – Promote your business by sponsoring an item for the attendee swag bags ($50 sponsorship; 250 items due by May 14th).
