Description

New Resident Bag Stuffing takes place monthly at the Chamber office, where members contribute items to be included in bags for new McKinney residents. These bags, delivered by Frontier Waste Solutions with recycling bins, are prepared on the second Monday of each month (noon–1 p.m.). Members are encouraged to assist with stuffing at least once per quarter.
Participation Guidelines:
- Bring 100 items (one type per member, e.g., one brochure, flyer, or promotional gift).
- Printed materials must be 8½ x 11 or smaller; multi-page items must be secured as one piece and cannot advertise other businesses.
- Deliver items to the Chamber office the Thursday or Friday before stuffing day.
- No food or candy items allowed.
- Coupons must have an expiration date at least three months out.
- Fees: Business Partners pay $5 (cash/check); Investor Partners and higher participate free. Membership must be current with no outstanding balances.
