WHO WE ARE:

As a proud member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce since 2019, Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership (AEYL) is a mission-driven community-business partner dedicated to engaging teens (ages 13–17) and young adults (ages 18–24), including those facing socioeconomic barriers, through leadership development, academic success, career readiness, and community engagement programs. For 13 years, AEYL has served families in McKinney and Collin County, Texas, fostering confidence, purpose, and real-world skills through mentoring, life-skills training, workforce preparation, internship opportunities, scholarship support, and access to certification testing. Rooted in community and guided by a philosophy known as The AEYL Way, the organization helps young people uncover their potential, build resilience, and prepare for meaningful futures in school, work, and society.
