CMA is a professional management company for owner associations. We manage residential communities, townhomes, master planned, active adult, and commercial associations. Our desire is to help you work smarter, not harder. We know you have a lot of responsibility on your shoulders as a volunteer. We re here to proactively advise and support you with 41 years of local industry expertise. CMA is privately owned and has grown entirely through referrals, not mergers and acquisitions (we answer only to board members and homeowners, not investors). We are 100% focused on the strategic, ethical management of associations (not accessory revenue streams such as banking, maintenance, or insurance).
