  • 11:30 AM – Lunch & Online Auction Opens
  • 1:30 PM- Second Shotgun Start
  • 6:00 PM – Cocktail Reception & Online Auction

  • Sponsorships Available – Register for Platinum, Gold, or Silver sponsorships online. For all other sponsorship opportunities, please email mcourtright@mckinneychamber.com.
  • Raffle Tickets, Mulligans, & Super Tickets – Available through registration or purchase separately online.
  • Titleist Grand Prize Raffle Tickets – Enter for a chance to win a premium Titleist prize package.
  • Prize Pull—a fun, fast-paced game where participants purchase a chance to select a mystery item. Every pull wins a prize, with a mix of great everyday items and a few high-value “surprise” packages to keep things exciting. We’re currently seeking prize donations to help make this new feature a success. Prize Pull items can include gift cards, experiences, merchandise, or services—anything that would appeal to a broad audience. It’s a great way to showcase your business while supporting one of our signature events.
  • Goody Bag Inserts – Promote your business by sponsoring an item for the attendee swag bags ($50 sponsorship; 250 items due by April 29th).

Online Auction
The Online Auction will go live on April 27. Start your bidding early and secure exclusive items before the event even begins!
