Join the Women’s Alliance of McKinney for an engaging Lunch & Learn conversation exploring the power of mentorship as a form of leadership. Through personal stories and practical insight, our panelists will discuss how women shape workplace culture, prepare others for opportunity, and create lasting impact through intentional development and connection.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • What mentorship looks like beyond formal programs
  • How leaders identify and develop potential
  • The role mentorship plays in hiring, advancement, and workplace culture
  • The challenges of balancing guidance, accountability, and capacity
  • Why investing in people matters for the future of our workforce and community

This conversation is designed to inspire reflection, meaningful connection, and actionable takeaways for leaders at every stage of their career.
